PDF Dateien können nicht geöffnet werden

Bei Word-Dateien, PDF-Dateien etc. kommt die Meldung: "Dropbox unterstützt .... aber hier ist etwas schiefgelaufen"   Was könnte das Problem sein?

  • Besteht dieses Problem noch? Haben Sie versucht, sich von einem anderen Webbrowser aus bei Ihrem Dropbox-Konto anzumelden, um zu überprüfen, ob der Fehler verschwindet? z. B. Safari, Mozilla Firefox oder Google Chrome.

 

Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
