SMS für die zweistufige Überprüfung konnte nicht gesendet werden.

Hallo, ich habe heute meinen PC neu aufgesetzt und musste das Passwort von meinen Dropbox Account (meinem privaten Account, nicht der hier...) zurücksetzen. Nun bekomme ich bei der Anmeldung am ...

Ich bin zwar nicht beim Dropbox Support, hatte aber dasselbe Problem. Ich hatte allerdings noch ein Iphone, auf dem ich bei dropbox angemeldet war. Ich bin dann einfach in der iPhone App auf: "Einen Computer verbinden" gegangen und mit dem PC parallel auf www.dropbox.com/connect. Wenn man dann per App den QR Code einliest wird man am entsprechenden PC automatisch angemeldet ;) Da kann man dann auch die 2-Faktor Authentifizierung wieder deaktivieren (das geht nämlich per App direkt nicht, Gott weiß warum).

Vllt hilft es ja dem ein oder anderen hier...
