Video download

Ich habe Fotos und einen Videoclip in den Fotoordner geladen und Freunden eine Freigabe erteilt. Diese (keine Dropboxmitglieder) können die Fotos auf ihren PC downloaden aber nicht den Videoclip. Die...

Hallo Peter,
Normalerweise sollten Ihre Freunde in der Lage sein alle Inhalte, welche Sie über Links freigeben auch herunterzuladen. Wenn Sie jedoch sehr große Dateien freigeben, dann können diese in der Webvorschau nicht korrekt dargestellt werden oder es kann zu Problemen beim Download kommen. Es wäre dann hilfreicher, wenn Ihre Kollegen die Dropbox Desktop Anwendung verwenden.
