Wie kann ich mein Konto löschen

Lande beim Tool zur Kontolöschung immer bei verknüpfen sie ihr Dropboxkonto

Ich erhalte nach der Nutzung des Tools zur Kontolöschung ständig folgende Meldung:

"Beim Löschen Ihre Kontos ist ein Problem aufgetreten".

Besteht hier eine Mindestzeit bevor man Dropbox Basic wieder löschen kann?

Wenn mir jemand hierzu helfen kann, bedanke ich mich vorab.
