Word datei lässt sich nicht öffnen

Hallo ich kann an meinem Handy eine Word Datei nicht ändern er fragt mich zulassen dann bestätige ich das nun kommt, die Aufgabe kann nicht abgeschlossen werden bei Office ist ein Problem aufgetreten. Habe schon mehrmals beides Also dropbox und Office abgemeldet und wieder an ändert nichts.

    Könnten Sie bitte erläutern, Inwiefern hierbei ein Zusammenhang mit Dropbox besteht?

    Ja das weiß ich eben nicht wo das Problem liegt ob bei Dropbox oder Office. Dachte das Problem kennt jemand. Deshalb hier die Frage.
