Archivos perdidos

Se me han desaparecido carpetas completas de documentos, fotografías y vídeos, no estaban compartidas y no aparecen en la carpeta de reciclaje... necesito recuperarlas, qué debo hacer?

HOLA NECESITO AYUDA. SE ME HAN BORRADO LOS ARCHIVOS EN EL TRANSCURSO DE UN MES SIN ACCEDER A DROPBOX. NECESITO SABER QUÉ HA PASADO. POR FAVOR DERÍVENME CON EL DEPARTAMENTO QUE PUEDA SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA. GRACIAS.
