デスクトップアプリが起動しない

Windows11でDropboxを利用しています。 同期するフォルダを増やそうと思い、デスクトップアプリをスタートメニューからクリックしたのですが、開きません。 タスクマネージャーを見ると、バックグラウンドプロセスの中には表示されており、クリックする毎にその数が増えていきます。 最新バージョンをインストールしましたが症状は変わらずでした。 対応方法について、ご教示いただけますと...

    お世話になっております。

    完全に解決したわけではありませんが、ライトニングケーブルでiPhoneをPCに接続した際、Dropboxのメニューが表示され、設定をすることができました。

ご指示いただいた通り、最新バージョンをインストールしたのですが、症状が変わりませんでした。恐れ入りますが、別の方法についても教えていただけますと幸いです。
