    こんにちは！

     

    チームフォルダはデスクトップで移動できません。

    仕様変更により、Webの「管理コンソール」の「コンテンツ」タブから移動可能です。

    そのため、デスクトップでの移動がWebで反映されない理由となります。

    web版において、アーカイブ以外に移動する方法がわからないのですが

    ご教授いただけますでしょうか？

    最上位フォルダについては移動できず、中の下層フォルダのみ移動可能であることを

    ご留意ください。

     

    １．「管理コンソール」クリック

    ２．「コンテンツ」クリック

    ３．最上位フォルダクリック

    ４．中のフォルダにチェックを入れる

    ５．右上に表示される「移動」をクリック

     

    となります。
