パスワードをリセットしても有効にならない

アカウントを削除したい。ベーシックだから費用は発生していないが、iPhone上のアプリとアカウントを削除する事で気づかないうちにサブスクにならないよう、アカウントを削除したい。パスワードを忘れたのでメールに届いたサイトでリセットしたが、これがアプリのアカウント削除では「パスワードが違います」となり、一向にアカウント削除に至らない。ループ。どうすれば良い？

    パスワードが違うということでログインできないとのことですね。

    正しいメールアドレス、パスワードを確認くださいませ。
