無料トライアルをキャンセルしたい

Professionalプランの無料トライアルをキャンセルしたいのですが、ヘルプに記載されている方法ではできずに困っています。 「アカウント設定」をクリック後、左の「加入プラン」をクリックしても何も表示されず。 「お支払い」をクリックするとずっと「エラー」と表示されています。   チャットボットに相談するも、解決せず、https://www.dropbox.com/get_hel...
