登録したアドレスにアクセスできない

機種変更をした携帯でDropboxにログインしたいが、登録しているアドレスは既に失効しており、二段階認証のパスコードを受け取ることができない。アドレスとパスワードはわかっています。デスクトップアプリやDropbox.comは使用しておらず、iphoneのアプリは生体認証のためログインができています。2日前にサポートセンターにメールしましたが、48時間経ったが返信がないため、こちらに投稿させていた...
