覚えのない請求があった

こちら、dropboxの契約をベーシックプランに戻したのだが、クレジットカードの請求書を見ると、請求されていました。   すでにベーシックプランとしてでしか利用していないので、お問い合わせを直接する術がなく、こちらに記入しました。   どなたか、問い合わせ先がわかる方がいらっしゃれば教えてもらいたいです。   よろしくお願いいたします。   20/06/28 ＤＲ...

クレジットカードに覚えのない請求があった場合、検索ツールで確認出来ます。

 

Dropboxからの請求について詳しい調査を希望の場合、お支払いに関するサポートが必要な場合のフォームからお問い合わせください。

「サポートをリクエスト」が表示されない場合はアカウントからログアウトして、上記のリンクにアクセスしてください。
