Dropbox サポート チームがお客様の払い戻し手続きを完了いたしました。支払いサービス プロバイダが返金額を処理するには、通常 3～5 営業日ほど要しますのでご了承ください。

Plus または Professional プランの返金につきましては、下記ページで直接領収書をご確認いただけます。
www.dropbox.com/payments

しばらくしても返金されていない場合は、ご利用いただいている金融機関へお問い合わせください。
