クレジットカードの有効期限

クレジットカードの有効期限が間近であるとの連絡があり、有効期限を更新したいのですが、どう入力しても「有効期限を入力してください」となり、その先に進みません。 safariを使用しています。キャッシュの削除、プライバシーモードへの変更等もやってみましたが、変わりませんでした。 どなたか、解決方法をご存知でしたら教えてください……。

お支払い情報の更新に関してはdropbox.com から変更いただけますので、他のデバイスからお支払い情報の更新を行ってみてください。

他のデバイスからも、別のインターネットブラウザからも同様に有効期限の部分に警告が発生するようであれば、サポートにお問い合わせください。
