From your message, it sounds like you set up a DocSend account indeed, which has been upgraded to a trial.
Can you please log in to your DocSend account once more and go to this page? You should be able to see your support options there in order to contact the DocSend support team; they can further help you with your trial.
As for your Dropbox account, you can sign in to it on a separate tab of your browser and update its email address this way.

Hi, Theresa, I actually do not use DocSend at all, so that is why it was such a mystery I received emails wanting me to confirm my new email address. As I knew DocSend was associated with Dropbox, I assumed it was all connected, so how I ended up with a free trial is beyond me. I don't have a need for DocSend, but I'm sure it's a great product for those who have their own businesses. đ
