Error message when sending documents

A screenshot showing the 'unlimited signature requests' message would also be appreciated!

From the looks of it, you have a Basic (free) plan, but you're also showing that you have a Dropbox team Standard plan, which shouldn't be possible for the same plan. Are there any payments visible on your Dropbox account?
In the image I blurred out, you are also using a different email address to the one you're currently using for the Dropbox community.
Is it possible that you're signed into a different email address when attempting to send out signatures?
