I can't change my Dropbox Sign settings, as the webpage keeps refreshing.

I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and goes right back to the templates home page.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks for posting this here, amm1625.

Have you tested this via a different browser and you keep seeing the same thing?

If you do, please send me a screenshot of where you click on and what you see exactly when the page reloads.

I’ll be able to further assist this way.

I have tried both Edge and Chrome with the same result. Below is a pic of where I go to change the settings. When I click it, the page loads then goes to the same exact page.

Hey amm1625, let me also jump in here!

Out of curiosity, and for troubleshooting purposes can you also try using an incognito tab on your browser?

When did you first notice this behavior?
