Links that I have sent to sign, the receivers not getting them.

Hi, links that i have sent to sign, the receivers not getting them. Please advise.

Let's jump right into this. If I understand the situation correctly, you're using links to users in order for them to sign, but they aren't receiving them, right? 

 

Feel free to correct me, if I am wrong. 

 

Could you walk me through the exact steps that you follow, and the platform you're using?

    I'm sending link through dropboxsign and each time I sent them the receiver does not receive it, and when i want resend I'm getting an error. I test run with my email and im havig same problem as well.

      Thanks for the added info glendaescobar! 

       

      Have you already checked your junk/spam folders? 

       

      Here are a few additional things you can do on your end to ensure you receive our emails:

       

      You can ask your email administrator to add hellosign.com and mail.hellosign.com to their approved domain list.

       

      And also to add our IP 143.55.224.101

      143.55.234.242

      161.38.193.231

      198.61.255.111 to their approved IP list.

       

      Can you give this a go?
