The text goes backwards when filling out fields in Dropbox sign (preview mode).
Hi,
I can't be the only one with this issue. Here is the bullet point format of the issue:
- Create a template using a PDF file.
- Started with the basics like using the "Name" field
- Used multiple text fields
- Entered in preview mode to test entering data
- I then click the name field
- I want to enter a name (example), David,
- What actually is happening when i type D, the cursor goes behind the D, so when I type A its now AD and not DA
- This is mind boggling and ive been googling and cannot to get it figured out.
- I had my colleague test it ( thinking its my pc or browser ) Nope, it behaves the same.
- Surely im missing something here?

Thanks for your post, AS210.
I know it may seem redundant, since your colleague has already tested this, but can you also open another browser on your computer (or an incognito window on your current browser) and let me know if you experience the same behavior there?
If you do, I’d also like a screenshot of what you see, so that I can have an image of what appears on your end and go from there.

Hey, thanks for the response. I just opened Chrome ( I use Edge) and created a new template
This is when I type David. You can see it in the screenshot, but the name is backwards, and the cursor is blinking before the lower d, which makes no sense at all and is utterly confusing. This is not normal behavior at all. Please note this is during preview mode while building this template.

Any luck on this. The same thing is happening to me.

While waiting for your response, I emailed myself a contract to sign with the template to see if it would behave the same as in preview mode, and it seems to be working normal. Maybe this is a preview issue only?? looking forward to your response
