The text goes backwards when filling out fields in Dropbox sign (preview mode).
Hi, I can't be the only one with this issue. Here is the bullet point format of the issue: Create a template using a PDF file. Started with the basics like using the "Name" field Used multiple text fields Entered in preview mode to test entering data I then click the name field I want to enter a name (example), David, What actually is happening when i type D, the cursor goes behind the D, so when I type A its now AD and not DA This is mind boggling and ive been googling and cannot to get it figured out. I had my colleague test it ( thinking its my pc or browser ) Nope, it behaves the same. Surely im missing something here?I deleted a pending signature document in Dropbox Sign and I want to recover it
Device (Lenovo Ideapad 1) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11) Question or Issue I have a pending signature document in dropbox sign but I have deleted it. I want it to be recovered however, I can't see any files in the "deleted for everyone" section in dropbox sign. I also checked the "deleted files" in dropbox and there's no file in it. Please help me to recover this document in the dropbox sign.
When I send a file for a signature via Dropbox Sign, I get logged off the Dropbox site
I upload contracts to a dbox folder, then click send for signature. After it sends I land on the Dbox docu sign site. When I try to go back to my regular dbox site, I'm logged out (even though I click remember me on the login page). I go to log back in and get an error saying there is a problem to check the status site. I have to go to my history and find a recent link to a folder to get back into my dbox. Sometimes I have to send multiple contracts a day and this is just gets annoying. What can I do to stop this form happening? I use the most recent firefox web browser to do this. on a dell inspiron 16
