Links that I have sent to sign, the receivers not getting them.
Hi, links that i have sent to sign, the receivers not getting them. Please advise.

I'm sending link through dropboxsign and each time I sent them the receiver does not receive it, and when i want resend I'm getting an error. I test run with my email and im havig same problem as well.

Have you already checked your junk/spam folders?
Here are a few additional things you can do on your end to ensure you receive our emails:
You can ask your email administrator to add hellosign.com and mail.hellosign.com to their approved domain list.
And also to add our IP 143.55.224.101
143.55.234.242
161.38.193.231
198.61.255.111 to their approved IP list.
Can you give this a go?
