Need to port our current number with Dropbox fax to another carrier to integrate with another system

We need to port our current number with dropbox fax to another carrier to integrate with another system. Is this possible? I cannot find any information on the site and the chatbot doesn't respond to...

Yes please, this is publicly posted information with other e-fax options, but I can't find it here.

      Hi tiffanyk208, I can see that a support agent from the specialist team had replied to your ticket on Friday, to which they received no response.
