Not receiving the password reset link to reset my Dropbox Sign password
Hi there,
I am trying to get access to my Hellosign account that I have been using on my phone.
I have tried adding the domains and IP addresses to my Google Workspace to whitelist them ...

I wasn't able to locate your ticket with the Dropbox Sign team, can you please send it to me, so I can take a look?
Have you also tried using a different browser for the process to see if it helps at all?
