Not receiving the password reset link to reset my Dropbox Sign password

Hi there, I am trying to get access to my Hellosign account that I have been using on my phone.  I have tried adding the domains and IP addresses to my Google Workspace to whitelist them ...

Yes I have tried both Firefox and Chrome, neither delivers a reset link.

I will direct message you the ticket number if I can.
