The email my recipient gets for a signature request shows the old name of my Dropbox account

Hello! I need help. I was trying to update the account with my name (to be shown in the requests), but it keeps showing another name (a colleague used this account before). Can you please solve the problem?

    Hello Hannah,

I can change there my name, but when I send a signature request, the recipient gets and email from the account email but the name from a former user. Which is wrong. But the problem is that's from no-reply Hellosign email.

I see, thanks for clarifying, Mercedes.

Are you using a Dropbox Sign account to send your signature requests or are you doing it from the Signatures page on dropbox.com?
