Dropbox File Request feature has been very helpful. It was successfully used as an easy way for one professor to collect large files from her students. We also have a research center using File Requests to have contributors upload large videos from home. Additionally, and somewhat similarly, the Camera Uploads feature is liked by many as a workflow streamlining feature.
