Can't get Windows Explorer to display folder properties?

If you wish to see the properties of your Dropbox files on the desktop app, you can open your local Dropbox folder, locate the file/folder you want, and right click on it > select Properties.
If you’d like to achieve something else though, let me know.

Is it possible to write the information of the red mark of Dropbox in explore as shown in the figure below?

I can see that you're referring to the description of the folder, which is a feature available on the website only, so I'm afraid it cannot be added in the local Dropbox folder.
I hope this clarifies things.
