Hi - since upgrading to macOS Sequoia (version 15.0) I can no-longer use Dropbox on my Mac.
It works on my other devices and I can also login to the website.
I signed out then signed into Dropbox on the Mac but this is as far as it gets:
Advice gratefully received.
Hi @jkc-muc ,
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please try doing this:
sudo /usr/libexec/ApplicationFirewall/socketfilterfw --add /Applications/Dropbox.app
It will ask you for the password of the Mac next
After this is done can you please see if the issue persists in the dropbox app ?
Can you please test this and get back to us?
Hi @jkc-muc, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?
Keep me updated with any progress!

Thanks Jay,
Did as you suggested but no real difference, just this (alternating between black and blue rhomboids).
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

I use the standard Mac firewall but that hasn't changed (except for the recent upgrade to Sequoia)
Just noticed that the firewall is blocking incoming connections from the Dropbox app.
I guess that must have changed but I can look at it tomorrow, it's past 8pm CET here.
Take your time, and definitely feel free to update us @jkc-muc.
