Can view shared files on web, but not app

Hi there! My company recently got a dropbox account. We have a group of 7 who have been added to view/edit all of the shared files. One of our group members is able to view all of our shared files on the web, but is unable to do so on the Dropbox app for his iPad. None of our other group members are having this issue. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app, but it does not resolve the issue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hey there @atorres, sorry to hear about this.

Are you referring to individually shared files or shared folders perhaps?

Can you please clarify if you're working on a Dropbox for Business Teams account or if all of you have your individual Dropbox accounts?

Also, have you made sure that this member is logging into the correct account and looking at the right place?

Let me know what and we'll take it from there.
