It seems to have created a folder Dropbox that is still owned by root even after I moved it.
I have it installed on an older Ubuntu system and it did not do this (or I fixed it and forgot how).
Found the answer right after posting ... the script /usr/bin/dropbox is using /usr/bin/env python3 ... this is wrong. Should be /usr/bin/python3
