I can't install the Dropbox desktop app on my new MacBook Air
MacBook Air 2023 , can't installed dropbox desktop app, can't complete setting

Step 1 install dropbox app (completed)
Step 2 login in with Email (completed)
Step 3 Cancel to set up (completed)
Step 4 Setting up dropbox (cant complete)

Can you let us know your computer's OS version, please?
Also, can you ensure the host attempting to view Dropbox is configured for 32 bit color?
And is it possible that you're logging in through a remote session or a virtual machine?

The screenshots you posted earlier indicated that you are at the maximum of 3 devices for your Dropbox Basic account, so you can't add this computer.
You'll need to access this page and remove devices until only 2 remain, so that you can add the computer to your account.
