4 years agoHi Walter, I am using mobile dropbox password app. I don't use Dropbox password browser extension for autofill password. I only store my private data. I always clear my history, cookies etc. My default browser is chrome. I tried different WiFi and cellular network. The error is the same. Where can I send screenshot? In this reply box, there is no sending option.

4 years agoHi anonymous, if you try to reply back to us from a computer, you should be seeing a little camera-like icon that will allow you to attach your screenshot back to us.
Can you try that? It'd be super helpful for us to have a visual. Thanks!

Hey anonymous, may I ask what plan are you on and on how many devices and web browsers you're using Dropbox Passwords?
If you're on the Basic plan, there's a device limit you might be hitting, that's why I'm asking.
Out of curiosity, are you able to use the Dropbox Passwords browser extension on any of your web browsers?
