I want to add Dropbox to my PC, but the app is there and there's another account linked

I am trying to download DB, but the machine says it is already installed. There is a DP folder already on the machine, from a prior owner. Must I uninstall the prior user's DB before installing?

Hey @mauerpower, thanks for posting to the Dropbox Community!

Since the Dropbox application is already installed, just linked to someone else's account, all you need to do, is sign out of that account and sign into yours.

That way the application will sync your own files to the PC.
