New scanner setup

New scanner setup

Have a new office scanner and when we setup and login into Dropbox from new unit we can only see on file folder . Cannot find where to change permission to our main folder that contains all sub folders . Also wish to delete the folder that is showing currently but once again no option present

Hi there @Legacy, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you clarify what you mean by 'new unit' and if you're part of a team account or working with individual Dropbox accounts?

 

If it's the former one, are you a member or an admin of the team? 

 

As for deleting the folder in question, could you send us a screenshot of any errors you may be getting or the page that you get stuck on so that we can have a visual too?
