Hello good people,
I have a new M2 15" MacBook Air. It appears to be unable to load new files from the Dropbox folder on the computer to the Cloud, and then share it. I get the error message:
Couldn't start Dropbox.
And a file with the text below has been created. Anyone have any suggestions?
Hi @RamseyM, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Did you use any migration assistant when moving to the new device?
Did you change the home user folder name?
This will help me to assist further!

hello Jay,
I used Apple's Migration Assistant to move all the data from my old MacBook.
By ‘home user folder name’ I'm guessing you mean my user name in the folder ‘Users’. No.
The name of the SSD was changed. That may be material, I guess.
Thanks for the info, as a first step, I'd recommend trying out the instructions in this post to see if this helps.

I did as you asked, but I'm afraid it didn't work.
Hey @RamseyM, sorry to jump in here!
Can you try to perform an advanced re-install following these steps?

Hi @RamseyM, in that case can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
