Retrieving Numbers files

Retrieving Numbers files

I have used Dropbox for several years but, as of this morning, I receive a “deleted by another account” message when accessing Numbers files on my iPad and I get logged out of Dropbox.

Anyone know of this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Numbers and Dropbox.

Hi, Jim

Same issue here. Removed Dropbox, Files and Numbers. Do you use AppleID to login to Dropbox. Oddly I have a second dropbox on another iPhone and no issues.

Do other file types (jpg, PDF) show same issue or is it limited to umbers only?

I use a separate password to access Dropbox and always have. Other file types do not seem to be affected which is why I uninstalled and reinstalled Numbers.

Can you access the files via the Dropbox app itself @Jim37 ?

@Jim37, can you please attach a screenshot of the message you mentioned in the beginning? I’d like to check it, as well.
