Apps and Installations

Running MacOS Ventura 13.1 on a 2019 MacBook Air, my shared files in Dropbox were flashing alternately, i.e., half of the shared files would appear as an empty square with a dashed line on the outer edge, while the rest looked like normal shared files, and then they would switch and those that had appeared normal became empty squares and the empty squares became normal. This pattern lasted for about 15 minutes and has now stopped. It was visible in both the icon and the column FInder views. on the iOS app on my phone, there was nothing.
Can anyone explain this, and is there something I need to know?
TIA!
Hi @jsankephd, thanks for posting today!
What is the version of the Dropbox app that you're using on your end? Just asking, to make sure you're using the stable version of the app, instead of the beta.
It sounds like this could be a previewing issue or a temporary glitch, that could be either caused by our app, or the OS. Did it happen again after?
Let me know more!
