iOS app crash while playing mp3 files

iOS app crash while playing mp3 files

I have an iPhone 13 with iOs 16.1.1 and Dropbox App 306.2.2 and when I play an MP3 file from my folder after a few time the app crash. To prevent this problem I must keep always unlock my iPhone. The problem is new, before a month ago all works properly.

May I ask how long this has been happening for you? 

 

Have you tried clearing the app's cache or reinstalling the app since you first noticed this? 

 

Any additional information is more than welcome!
