Allow multiple accounts to admin a folder (determine folder permissions / security).

Hi @deswattis, for this idea, are you referring to shared folders or team folders?

IS this within a Dropbox Business team, or a personal account only?

@jay I am referring to shared folders for a personal account, in this case - an artist collaboration.

Thanks for the information. It wouldn't be possible for personal accounts, since ownership of a shared folder indicates that they own all files within the folder. As personal accounts are separate from one another, multiple owners cannot exist.

In a Dropbox Business team, multiple team admins can technically access and own folders by changing permissions, but again, there can only be one real 'owner' of a folder.

We appreciate your feedback on how to improve the Dropbox service.

I would really like to know how this can be set up to facilitate smoother workflow for our NGO. Thanks.

@KRABHERU - it cannot I'm afraid as has been said.

You can only have 1 owner of a shared folder at a time.
