How is possible this massive update and not support in Spain... not in Spanish but not in English!!! Is not working with groups... my god, all the systems need to be reconfigured and is not working sharing in teams and nobody can help!!! Total disaster ... I hope somebody upgrade the apss because is not working.

Could you let me know more details about what you're experiencing regarding sharing in a Dropbox Business team?
Additionally, we do have a Spanish community here, and Spanish support when you login and contact the team directly in that language.

2 days to answer by email.. and because this morning I sent a new email..... a massive update and no support in Spain..... today not working....
I create a new folder in teams folder, and Share with a Group with all members of my team.... 2 seconds after they have the folder in their web account and they can see it in preferences (Windows App) but is impossible to sync and if you try yo uncheck and close preferences and apply ..open again and always is checked ... but never sync.. in all members with win 10, win 11. .. rebooting.. etc.. only works if close session, delete dropbox folder and login and sync everything from 0
Hey @ipYdo, so if I understand correctly, when you add a new folder to the team account, it syncs for everyone online, but not on their local Dropbox folders, right?
Is it possible that the name of the folder contains any of the characters in this article?
