How to Forbid Sync personnal folder (desktop, document, image ) on Windows

We are a compagnie using dropbox on Windows and OSX .

On OSX we let people Sync personnal folder (desktop, document, image ) 

But on windows we don t want people to use this function .

So is it possible only on  windows to hide this function not OSX

I believe you can enable or disable this function for your entire team, but not specific devices or individuals.

No registry modification or file or installation of dropbox with switch  is possible ?
