I can't upload files from my iPhone to Dropbox

Ever since I got a new iPhone 11 Pro a couple of weeks ago, I'm unable to upload any files to Dropbox from the phone. The process looks as though it's going to work - click the Send icon in the lower left corner, choose, Dropbox, and then I can choose a Save To destination folder. However, once that's selected, it won't actually allow me to Post (Post stays shadowed out). Anyone else having this problem?

  • Hi Schlago, thanks for posting on the Community!

On the new version of iOS, the option to upload files to Dropbox, and other apps, has changed. You’re seeing the Share with Dropbox option, which requires you to enter an email address to post the share.

Tap the share icon on the file in question, and then scroll down the list until you see the option to Save to Dropbox. If you don’t see it there, click ‘Edit actions’ and then select that option so it appears in future.

Let me know how it goes!
