Large MOV File fails to upload

Large MOV File fails to upload

Hello, 

 

I am attempting to upload a rather large MOV file (178 GB) to be exact. It normally takes about an hour. When it's complete, it states, Upload completed, but then I get an error message that says, "The media could not be uploaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is unsupported." My internet has never failed during the upload process. Is it possible that I need to convert this file to an MP4 file and then try it again? Any help with this would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hi there @JaLisaMarie - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let me know if you get the same results?

 

If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot of the exact error you're getting as well.
