Re: Meaning of grey 'avatars' on website?

Meaning of grey 'avatars' on website?

When viewing a file on the website there is a 'Sharing' section at the top right which shows the users currently able to access the file. I noticed to day that some files have the icons greyed out (desaturated I suppose) and some do not. Is there any meaning to this? I couldn't see any difference in functionality.

Thanks

Peter

An example for two different files - see my little face is greyed out in the one on the left.

Hey @Peter H.87, thanks for posting to our Community!

This section is your viewer info; it shows who has access to the shared file in question.

The avatars that appear in color, are of the users who are currently viewing the file. And the gray ones show when someone last viewed the file.

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have any questions.
