I don’t understand I click the share link and send it in an email but the email remains in my out box it will not send?

Dropbox doesn't have an Outbox so I'm assuming you're referring to your own mail client. Dropbox wouldn't have anything to do with the sending of the email if you're using your own mail client. You would need to check your mail client or mail provider to see what the problem is.

 

If that's not the case, you'll need to describe the exact process you're going through so we'll better understand the issue.

Thank you! Yes my email did not have permissions for iCloud, I have now been able to resolve the issue.
