The update button on the DropBox webpage is grayed out and cannot be clicked. It shows that I do not have permission to upload files. My account is a business account and I am the administrator of the team.

I want to know what caused this.

Hey @cheng_guanwen, thanks for reaching out to us.

From the screenshots, it looks like you don't have edit permissions on this folder.

If you go to the Content tab in your admin console, do you see that you have access to it?

Let me know what you find.

I checked and found that I have access to the team space folder.

Is that why I chose the root directory for the entire team space?

Would you mind clarifying what you mean about choosing the root directory for the entire team space, @cheng_guanwen?

Our project was originally able to upload files in the team root directory, but the root directory of this account cannot be uploaded. I want to know what settings have caused this situation.

You should be able to find the setting for the top level management in your admin console here.

Do you see that it's different to what it used to be?
