Unable to restore backup to tablet

Unable to restore backup to tablet

Hi. When I've created a backup on my PC and then try to restore same backup to tablet, I keep getting an error message "There is something wrong with the backup file". I've updated Dropbox on both the PC and Tablet and same error message appears.

It probably shouldnt have worked as that isnt how Backup is intended to work. It is designed to restore to a working computer with the same folder structure as before. It sounds like you may have been working via a bug now restored.

You wont be able to restore to a tablet as there is no 'folder structure' on tablets. You can only restore to computers.

Hi Mark. Thank you for your reply.  Previously I used to create a backup on my computer and save to Dropbox, then restore from Dropbox App on my tablet. It used to work perfectly until recently using the same procedure.
