uploading existing folders on mobile app

i have all of my photos organized into albums on my iphone. i was able to backup all of my photos through dropbox but my albums did not come over, all of the photos are just organized by date. when i try to backup a specific album, i will confirm that it was backed up but i can’t find that specific folder in the app. is there a way to back up my albums the way they are currently organized?

Hey @savk, thanks for taking reaching out to us today.

The automatic camera uploads feature, will actually just back up all your photos in the camera uploads folder, but won't upload them in separate albums/folders.

Can you please guide me through the steps you're following to back up your albums? You mentioned that you confirmed that they're being backed up.

so under “camera uploads” i’ll select a specific album for it upload from but from there i can’t find just that album in the app. but i can confirm that the photos from that album are uploaded and lumped in with all my pictures.

it sounds like it’s not possible for me to upload my photos with the albums i currently have them organized in?
