In preparation for no longer having the 2TB storage, I was downloading all the pictures our family had saved to Dropbox back to my computer.  Everything went well except for one folder.  I don't know how I missed it when I checked but I did.  Once I saw that everything was copied out of drop box that would put me over the space usage I deleted them from DB....and now I am missing an entire year of pictures.  I know it has been over 30 days since I deleted everything.  Is there any way to recover those images?

Unfortunately if you are not a paid user then no, there is no chance of recovery I'm afraid 😞

I assume you've already tried to restore via the website ?

Hi! I was a paying member at the time and I am willing to pay a monthly/yearly fee to recover the pictures. I have tried through the website with no luck.

It doesnt work like that I'm afraid - as soon as you stop paying a 30 day window kicks in. Therefore if it is over the 30 days they are completely unrecoverable.

Wow...that is really disappointing...its been 4 days over 60 days if there is anything I can do please let me know.  All the pictures of our family's vacation to Greece are now apparently gone.

Unfortunately, Mark is correct. Once a file is beyond the recovery period it's purged from the system. Dropbox doesn't keep deleted files forever.
