Hi @Nico95, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I understand you concern over the deleted files. If you're on the Basic plan, and they were deleted outside of 30 days, it wouldn't be possible to recover those files. Upgrading to a Dropbox Professional or Business plan isn't retroactive, so that wouldn't help in recovering the files.
However, you could try using a third party app or service to recover the deleted files from your computer directly.
